Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Processing typically occurs within 1 business day.
  • Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time are usually prepared for shipment the same business day.
  • Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be prepared the next business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped using a reliable carrier service such as UPS.
  • Flat-rate shipping: $10 USD per order
This rate does not necessarily reflect the full cost of shipping; it is a standardized customer rate.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. True Origin Bio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Customer relocation after the order is placed
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, we may be unable to receive or process it for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for any reshipment requests.

Delivery Timeline

UPS 2nd Day Air is the standard shipping method for most orders. Delivery time may vary depending on:
  • Carrier volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional or seasonal delays
  • Holidays
  • Customer location
These factors are outside of our control and may affect actual delivery times.

Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact customer support with your order ID and tracking information. A shipment may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, subject to carrier investigation. Once we review the situation and confirm the details, we may offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion. Packages cannot be replaced if:
  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly
  • Delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error
  • The package was marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives with damage or with incorrect items, please notify our support team promptly and include:
  • Your order ID
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, True Origin Bio does not ship outside the United States. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
