This Return Policy explains how returns and exchanges are handled when purchasing from trueoriginbio.com. All products offered by True Origin Bio are sold for laboratory, academic, and research purposes only.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Products

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After review, we will determine whether a replacement or alternative resolution is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed items
  • Products that have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products returned outside the return window
  • Items that have been stored improperly or handled in ways inconsistent with research-only standards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at orders@trueoriginbio.com
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request
  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.

Packaging & Return Shipment

Items approved for return must be:

  • Packaged securely
  • Returned in their original packaging when possible
  • Clearly marked with the RA number

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), True Origin Bio may cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive your return.

True Origin Bio reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the guidelines stated in this policy.
