Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received. If an order remains unpaid, it may be canceled automatically or upon request.

Prices are locked in at the time your order is placed. If market prices change after the order is submitted but before payment is made, the original price still applies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. True Origin Bio is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact customer support with your order ID. A package may be considered lost if not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, subject to carrier review.

Missing, Delayed, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us promptly with:

  • Your order ID
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After review, we may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Unpaid orders may be canceled at any time.
  • Paid orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled or returned due to the nature of our products.

We do not accept returns on research products unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

Communications: Email & SMS

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from True Origin Bio, including marketing emails, newsletters, updates, and optional SMS messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may unsubscribe from email communications via the link in each message and may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of one channel does not unsubscribe you from the other.
